Up to $1,000 rebate is available to help pay for the cost of wheelchair loading ramps from the following mobility programs.

Products represented by Homecare Products, Inc., (EZ-ACCESS) are eligible for reimbursement under the terms of the various mobility programs offered by Chrysler, Ford, GM, Saturn, and Volkswagen. There is also a wide variety of state, federal, and other programs listed below to financially assist you with your wheelchair ramp purchase.

These programs were established to provide cash payments to disabled drivers for the installation of adaptive equipment in any new vehicle, whether purchased or leased. Customers have received rebates for multifold wheelchair ramps being used to load wheelchairs into vans as well as the permanently mounted van ramps. Call the numbers listed within each program to find out if you are eligible.

Toyota Mobility Program

Toyota and Lexus will provide cash reimbursement of up to $1,000 to each eligible, original retail customer, for the cost of purchasing and installing qualifying adaptive driving or passenger equipment for transporting persons with physical disabilities. The offer applies to all purchased or leased new 2001, 2002 or 2003 Toyota or Lexus vehicles and vehicles must be adapted within 12 months of delivery date. GM Mobility Program

General Motors offers up to $1,000 toward the cost of eligible mobility adaptive equipment installed or reinstalled on purchased or leased* new GM cars, vans, or light-duty trucks. This may be applied to any aftermarket equipment needed for the driver or passenger such as hand controls, wheelchair or scooter lifting devices, steering knobs, and additional hand grips. Saturn Mobility Program

Saturn will reimburse you for the cost of eligible aftermarket driver or passenger mobility equipment, including installation, for the actual amount up to $1,000. If you require aftermarket driver or passenger alerting devices, Saturn will reimburse up to $200, including installation. If you require both mobility aids and alerting devices, Saturn will reimburse a total of $1,000 ($200 for alerting devices and the remaining portion of up to $800 for mobility aids). Ford Mobility Motoring Program

The Ford Mobility Motoring Program provides up to $1,000 cash assistance toward the exact cost of adding adaptive equipment to a new 1999 or 2000 Ford, Lincoln or Mercury car, van, or light truck, and up to $200 on alerting devices. Chrysler Mobility Program

If you buy or lease a new Chrysler Corporation vehicle, Chrysler Corporation will provide cash reimbursement to help cover the cost of installing adaptive driver or passenger equipment on a vehicle. Conversions to full-size Van Ramps and Ram Wagons and minivans may be reimbursed up to $1000 while all other Chrysler Corporation cars, and trucks qualify for a maximum of $750. Volkswagen Mobility Access Program

Toyota Mobility Assistance Program

The Toyota Mobility Assistance Program provides up to $1,000 cash assistance toward the exact cost of adding adaptive equipment to a purchased or leased new 2001, 2002, or 2003 Toyota vehicle.
