Return For Credit

Unfortunately many people who shop via the internet as well as catalogues, use the items they purchase for a while, then return the items for a refund. It is unfortunate too many people have tried this causing manufacturers as well as dealers a great deal of expense.

The Caregiver-Helpline, LLC has been informed by the manufacturers, they will no longer accept returns for credit. If there is a defect in the product, the manufacturer will REPLACE the item at no cost to the customer.

Adult Bibs

Disabled Drinking Cups

Commodes

Blood Pressure Monitors

Seat Assists

Power Seat Assists

Aluminum Ramps

Opened Boxes of Disposable Gloves

Opened Defibrillators (This means if you place the Battery in the Defibrillator, Philips considers the Defibrillator to be opened and used.)

Damaged Shipment

Replacement

1) If something was damaged during shipment, please let us know within 10 days of delivery. We will replace the item.

2) You will need a Return Authorization Number and a Return Shipping Label. E-mail us at; returns@caregiver-helpline.com. Our returns center is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m Eastern Time. You will receive the RAN within 48 hours of receiving your e-mail.

3) Make sure you tell us what you are returning and why, along with your name, daytime telephone number, and e-mail address. If the item was a gift and was sent to another address, please note that too.

4) The item(s) must be in its original package along with any protective padding and sent back insured for the value of the item(s).

5) Once we receive the item(s) you are returning, we will send out the replacement(s). Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Need The Item(s) Replaced Faster?

If you need the item(s) replaced faster this can be arranged too. We need to charge you for the new item(s) Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the cost of the original item(s). Please indicate in your e-mail what you would like us to do.

What Happens After The 10 Days?

1) Any item that has been used and has a defect, must be sent to the manufacturer. Follow the manufacturers guarantee on returning defective products.

2) If you did not receive returning instructions from the manufacturer, please e-mail us at; returns@caregiver-helpline.com and we will send you the information you need via e-mail within 48 hours.
